Venice and its sights are unique. Nowhere else in the world will you find a floating city, built in a lagoon with 150 canals, 100 squares and 400 bridges. In Venice everything goes by boat and you will not encounter a single car. This ultra romantic city may be busy, but that certainly has a good reason. There really is something beautiful to discover behind every corner. Venice of course has a lot of cool sights, but you also come mainly for the city itself with all the beautiful alleys, canals and romantic spots. Don't turn your visit into a tick-off city trip, but rather enjoy the city in your own way.
A visit to Milan cannot be missed during your holiday on Lake Garda. The city that is internationally known for fashion, the Duomo cathedral and the legendary football clubs AC Milan and Internazionale.
